Today I met with Congresswoman Lofgren's Chief Counsel to discuss the IT staffing industry's access to the H-1B visa program, potential legislation in the House and issues surrounding USCIS and consulate policies. Congresswoman Lofgren is the Ranking Member on the House Subcommittee on Immigration Policy and Enforcement.
